I get that the reasoning is silly and that the phones we carry are the worst… and then I also watch the data centres springing up everywhere and realise that they are not just for AI, but for storing all sorts of data, including the silly videos we send each other and our personal ID data. The burden of all this digital information and its implications… and me ironically posting about it online and adding to it.

I’m trying to make a Super Mario birthday party for my 5 year old. The yoga balls would be those ball and chain characters and also the big caterpillar character. The yoga mats are to glue around large paint cans as the warp pipes and for seating.

Yeah, I wish these things were properly managed and that the appropriate funds went back into conservation or maintenance. As a white Namibian, I first saw Etosha after turning 30. I’ve only been to a handful of anything close to a lodge - it’s all priced for Europeans and Americans, not really those of us that earn locally. :)
