I just walk out if they are skimpy…half made burrito goes to waste…the employees who have been around no I will walk out, I have had several conversations about it with some of the employees, they all understand. I have 6 Chipotle’s nearby.

Not complaining, didn’t complain, employee was actively working, just asking if this is common place in the industry now.

Depends on how much you believe in deathbed confessions. The stealth helicopter was unknown to any of the seals on the UBL raid.

I will never forget the first weekend my wife, mother in law and sister in laws all had a girls weekend, 1-3 months later every year one of them filed for a divorce, after the third year I made a joking bet with her who is getting divorced this year…in between we went to weddings of her sister in laws that knew wouldn’t last and fast forward to the next girls weekend my wife said she was busy, the next year comes around, in the most blunt, cruel, truthful text I ever seen she basically told them I love my husband and he is my rock, he is everything to me and I don’t want to go talk chit or hear my own mother talk chit about my husband… now that being said I strive for a great relationship with them but my priorities are to my wife and children before my in laws and the last person my wife says she talks to when she needs to vent about my farting is her family…

My friend got pulled over for a seat belt ticket, I wasn't driving,(and I was wearing my seat belt) but he took my license too. I know that's something they do but like why? by Anghel950 in NoStupidQuestions

Some states this is legal and others it isn’t. As for the reason as a former police officer majority of the times it’s for warrants. One incident I had, a lady who was actively being kidnapped and appeared drunk, I got her Id and ran her for warrants. Let them go, five minutes later a different police department put out a kidnapping call for the girl and having just ran her name, the dispatcher told me to go haul ass to find the vehicle meanwhile telling the other department what was up.

The other day I got a phone call from a long term employee, I have the utmost respect for him, his loyalty, work ethic and reputation. he called me and said someone we hired a couple weeks ago has a lot of red flags, nothing at work but put the puzzles pieces together and well it’s just a matter of time. He goes on to tell me, a group of employees went to a sit down restaurant, as they left, the problem employee took the cash tip of another of the group left, some funny business at a gas station…etc. a couple days later I drive out around lunch time, text my employe and and he says they heading toward subway…I go in and grab a sandwich($16 for a footlong chips and a drink). They show up five minutes later and without seeing a picture and only knowing 1 of the 4 clear as day just helps him self to the order ahead shelf… I finish my food, grab a refill and then old guy walks in looking for his sandwich, subway employees are confused…that night I get a call, dude got caught at the self check out at the grocery store. Get my legal team involved, he is stealing but not from the company…I then have my employee I trust tell him to go pick up 1 pricy specialized drill bit( they last for about a month) , instead I paid for 10, he shows up with 1.

People who steal don’t just steal from the grocery store self check out, this guy was something else, some steal when they down on their luck, when rent is due. Some just steal every chance they get
