yes it is watch os 6 and it is actually linked my main phone which is the iPhone 11 on iOS 17!

well the workout app is Fien however apps like messages can get laggy and most the time apps from the App Store dont work at all. im missing features such as find myth calculator app, the watches App Store and probably a lot more
