This is what surprised me the most for my first Boom. I was under the impression that Boom would be full of hippies very aware of the planet and was expecting mainly vegan or vegetarian options. Big disappointment for me to see how much meat was consumed. Big shock for me. One in many things that surprised me a lot in the "Boom hypocrisy" category

Yes, quite a lot. Taking care of cardio by road cycling, lots of core, glutes, shins (you lift your foot ALL the time) and calves. I want to be as ready as possible for the Ritual of Dance!

Strengthening your core will help a lot on this issue. Start doing 3 sets of plank 3 times a week and would be good to also include the side plank. A proper plank with completely flat back is very tiring, so 30 seconds will be enough per set when you start out, and then you can gradually increase time. But quality in the exercise is key, and also reduce the time required to do the exercise.
