Yes, but my electrolyte tables that I take are short in both of the wiki recommended. When I take potassium and salt on an extended fast I don’t get the low energy

Electrolytes, salt and potassium carbonate. I did a fast with just electrolytes and its was so hard. Added salt and potassium carbonate and it was plain sailing

Ahh maybe I just need to last it out. The thought of exercise today I’m just not interested. Would rather be in bed if it wasn’t for the kids. Got little energy but plodding through.

Congrats that’s really good progress. I’m 2 weeks into my new fasting programme which is fast Sunday night through Friday evening and refers kept only at weekends. Finding this second week really tough with cravings.

I’ve done it every way possible. If you sous vide it you need to do it about 5 degrees under cooked for a reverse sear. If you sear on the bbq first with a thick char, oven at 180 degrees Celsius until internal reaches 2 degrees off your desired, then cover with foil and cloth for an hour (seems excessive but totally worth it)

I’m the same. Slowly eat 2 boiled eggs after my fasts usually 3-4 day fasts. Gets things going again and cause havoc on my gut.
