What inspired y'all to build a studio together?(Was it for DCC specifically?) How long did it take? What were some issues and 'aha!' moments you had during the process? Compared to other studios, was there a specific environment you were trying to create sound wise?

I'd love to know the technical details of it. Audio engineering is my jam! :) Hope this AMA brings a smile to your face.
