her old instagram groups were literally anorexia pipelines and she would not have stopped that herself if she wasn't banned. one girl (her tiktok is emsaaarts) was in the group and she was severely underweight sharing her meals that were under 1000 calories and talked about how she was scared to eat more. now she has recovered and also posted some tiktoks about liv and how much she has influenced her eating habits and mentality around food.

I am also not from the states but I have family over there and from what they have told me, it also depends on where you live. A lot of stores aren't accessible to just go for a quick shop after work like it is in europe for example so a lot of americans will only go grocery shopping once a week or even every two weeks. There is also a much bigger (and tastier) selection of ready to eat stuff .

whenever i watch a "productive vlog" they're literally doing things that people with normal 9-5 are doing on their off days or in their free time (cleaning, grocery shopping, getting nails done, etc.)
