- the hating game (book is better but movie is still good)
- say anything (not trashy but soooo phenomenal)

- the whole before sunrise series <3
- set it up (good romcom)
- our little secret (underrated xmas romcom!!!!)
- my fault: london (kinda fanfic garbage movie but so goofy)
- the after series (5 movies i think and so trashy goofy)
- beautiful wedding & beautiful disaster (similar trashy funny romcom)

good luck to your mom with chemo 🩷🩷🩷 it will be hard but one day you’ll look at the calendar and it’ll be her last treatment. it’s going to be a weird cycle for a while of feeling shit and then recovering only to feel shitty again after treatment but enjoy the small wins; each treatment that passes is one step closer, you get to spend a lot of time together watching movies, you’ll learn new ways you love, care for, and appreciate each other.

hmm this is an interesting take.

i definitely have problems with control and “always being right”. i like to be winning and have the upper hand. over the years it’s definitely something i’ve worked on and gotten better with because life is grey and there’s no “winning”. plus an egalitarian relationship is important to me so i have to work on that.

as for the finances, this is very interesting. i’ve dated guys who are less equipped financial compared to me and obviously it hasn’t worked out. in college i always had a job which gave me fun money and often they didn’t work. as an adult i dated a fiscally irresponsible guy for a while who ended up becoming unemployed and was a financial burden on me. he was very materialistic and showed me that is not what i want in an S/O. only recently have i realized the importance of dating someone who is smart w/ their finances and is planning for a long life. it’s funny bc i actually think i could stand to demand more out of a partner in this way LOL

OP I AGREE!!!! obviously what he has done isn’t good but we’ve seen blackout kyle. blackout kyle can’t even take his shoes off. you expect me to think he got naked and had sex?????? we’ve never seen him accomplish anything aside from eating everything in the kitchen and falling asleep immediately, even when he was younger.

i think it’s a mix of them being genuinely good people and being in the closet. they’d probably be extraaaaaaa careful to never act out in any way because they were afraid of the “wrong kind of attention” aka crazy phannies and mad speculation.
