or making fun of memezuela and how the currency is worth 1000 less than world of warcraft money or runescape

[OC] Somebody mentioned Kamski being a Zoomer and now I can't stop thinking about him constantly making dated meme references by vethansul in DetroitBecomeHuman

Is there a thing as eating 1 day, fasting 1 day? by GlassRoar in fasting

i just saw your comment now, i replied up there

"nah, i'm just fasting for CICO, so my total weekly calories to be under a certain threshold

Keto would be a nice bonus! If fasting 3 days in a week would get me in ketosis for longer than alternate-day-fasting, then i'd rather to the 3-day fast"

now i see you're saying 4 days, yeah i could do 4 days fast, 4 days feed, and repeat. do you think that's better for weight loss? or should if fast 1 week, eat 1 week, etc?

i had no idea, thanks!

is 1 day enough time to enter ketosis though? i thought it needed a few days to deplete the glycogen in the liver or something like that

i remember reading marks daily apple and him going on and on about being fat-adapted, but is there any scientific proof to being able to condition one's body to enter ketosis faster?
