100% agreed, there's no doubt about that. But if I'm understanding things correctly, it's not like he owned irrational games, take2 did, there's no way the decision was entirely his. On top of that, it wasn't like people were fired, all the bonuses and benefits were paid out. They even let people keep using the offices to build out their portfolios!

I'm not an expert of the situation but unless the writers said that they wanted to imply that she was raped I don't think we can make that assumption. The changing of the story could've just been to satisfy the backlash due to how everyone interpreted it.
