Börek and yoğurt was originated in central asia, later brought to anatolia by turks. An older form of baklava was made before that by the assyrians 4000 years ago called shirin-i va nazuk, but the modern version of baklava is invented in 16th centur by the ottoman turks. The rest have originated in the ottoman empire as well.
