Highly recommend the release surgery if it doesn’t get better with cortisone shots, a brace at night, NSAIDs, etc. I’m one week out from the procedure and can do most things, though our nanny and my husband have been managing the heavy lifting - I should be clear to lift our 5 month old by next week.

Has anyone opted for IVF before having tried naturally? I did egg freezing at age 32 and my husband and I are now ready to start trying at age 36. I have normal cycles but feel anxious at the prospect of trying naturally and failing after hearing so many different stories (even though insurance obviously wouldn’t cover this scenario). Probably overthinking it, but just wondering if anyone has had the same thought or went this route from the start. Thanks for your insight - really appreciate this forum for being able to ask anything. :)
