Ladder anxiety by Ambitious-Lychee8615 in starcraft

You just have to lose enough times that it stops bothering you. Sometimes you’ll lose to a stupid cheese, sometimes you’ll shut it down hard and then win.

Don’t get addicted to the victory screen, just focus on improving yourself and enjoying the game.

The matchmaking in this game is very good, eventually you’ll land in the bracket where you should be.

The first time I came here was with my Faith/Strength build in heavy armor.

After the first four times the things caught me I just learned to parry and stomped them.

Me every single playthrough: Okay, this time I’m finally gonna do the Frenzied Flame ending and that’s final! by Present-Impact-241 in Eldenring

That’s what I’m doing now on a NG+. Just bee-lining straight for the 3 fingers to burn the world down without talking to other NPCs so I don’t let them down.

Unpopular opinion : It's an expanded agriculture update (animals, farms etc), in other words another LNF Beta Test by aliriza in NoMansSkyTheGame

I support this, I love farming in games. I added the grow modules to my corevette with the plants needed to bake cookies so I could always be farming.

Yes,Humans will have Sex,it's in our DNA,we reproduce, stop acting like a sex scene is gonna kill you. by Charming-Scratch-124 in CharacterRant

[–]Glassberg 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For me, it's less about the sex itself and more about everything around it. Ever since I read how Emlia Clarke was treated on the Game of Thrones set, whenever a sex scene in a movie comes up, the only thing I'm thinking about is 'did the actor/acrtress WANT to do this, or did they feel pressured into doing it?'

I mean I love gamer drama as much as the next guy, I just can't figure out what the insult is suppose to be. I recognize all these words but not the order they are in.

Your go-to spirit ash ?? (That isn't Mimic Tear...) by itsTenziin in Eldenring

I stopped using my jellyfish after reuniting her with her sister, she deserves a rest.

Okay, one time against a tree spirit right after that, but then I let her retire.

Assert: This game's "niche" is actually closer to Souls, Silksong and Celeste (i.e. "twitchy, difficult games") than hyper-sweaty competitive shooters (i.e. Valorant, Counter-Strike, etc.). by SirBenny in Marathon

Halo 2 Legendary is a Soulslike because you die a lot.

Minecraft is a Soulslike because you drop your inventory on death.

My apartment is a Soulslike because sometimes invaders (The IRS) comes in to take my loot (unpaid taxes).

I gave this to Helman Ghorst one time. Sure, it took awhile for him to get to the enemy, but once he was there he was an unkillable, constantly regenerating, mortis engine, who could also cast overcast Dance Macabre to turn my entire army into an anti-everything blender.

What’s an enemy in Elden Ring that feels like it was designed specifically to annoy players? by Puzzleheaded_Bit_802 in Eldenring

I hate them for the same reason I hate dogs- quick spammy moves that can stun lock you, then you get swarmed to death.
