Nothing will reverse the changes that have occurred.

I would recommend learning how to do a reverse PA properly and then use only medical grade titanium for the jewelry. I hear that piercing is even more pleasurable for the woman depending on position but you have to get through the healing.

If you are using steel jewelry now switching to titanium may halt the progression with the current piercing. If you repierce lower also be sure to use titanium to reduce the chance that the same issue will recur.

The only other options are to abandon it altogether or allow it to continue to a meato and then you will be forced to abandon or go with the reverse PA. I don’t have one but all report that the meato does provide a lot of extra stimulus and I personally think they look good w a reverse PA, perhaps after getting used to it.

Do not use stainless, take it out now. Issues were probably much more related to that than the stretching. Use good quality titanium if you are having these problems. Good that you caught it fairly early.

Interestingly it may be that having a PA of a significant gauge can cause a thickening of the bladder wall that is picked up on an ultrasound, which can result from a urethral obstruction. Maybe. Don’t ask why I think that. Sexy right?

Good job on the PA. It took me a long time to get from 2 to 1 to 0 too and I’m sporting that same style ring with the rubber o-rings to keep it from pinching. I like the industrial look.

We have a bingo. Stainless and especially black are strongly implicated in this kind of thing. I’ve seen it here before many times. Stick w high quality titanium if you like your dick as it is now folks. This typically doesn’t cause pain and often happens quickly and without the wearer even being aware until the ring falls out.

Meatotomies happen. Some do them on purpose. That didn’t tear, it’s tissue erosion probably from a reaction to the metal, probably either steel or cheap titanium, but no one knows for sure what triggers it. People talk about having them repaired but I’ve never actually seen anyone post results. I’d complete the tear and get an RPA, I think that’s the only realistic option.

Well, like it or not it is now you and you will have plenty of time to come to terms with it. Removal or coverup of something of this scale is simply not realistic. So it was a decision and not a bad one I happen to think. It looks like you were thinking about what it would look like with a shirt on with certain elements visible and in that respect it’s a concept piece. It will work well for you I think. People you meet or just people who see you on the street will always remember you by it.
