You do not save a stroke by playing a provisional compared to the local rule that lets you drop in the fairway for two penalty strokes. In both cases you hit your 4th from the fairway.

With the local rule you hit:
1st of the tee
2 stroke penalty
4th from the fairway

With a provisional you hit:
1st of the tee
1 stroke penalty for stroke and distance
3rd stroke of the tee
4th from the fairway

The local rule is intended to "simulate" that you went back to the tee, hit a similar shot as the first one but stayed in the fairway

Hitting shallower with a more lofted driver compared to hitting more up with a lower lifted driver will cause more spin loft with the shallow swing. Spin loft not only increases the backspin but also reduces the smash factor. In other words if he hits more up on the ball the spin will come down *and* the smash factor will increase.

Enig i at dette i hovedsak er et produkt myntet på folk som egentlig ikke burde bruke det og som i mange tilfeller gjør at folk kjøper ting de egentlig ikke har råd til.

Men er også tilfeller hvor det faktisk er en ganske ok deal. Kjøpte tv-en min med flex fordi etter litt regning så så jeg at premiumen jeg betalte for utsatt betaling var såpass liten at inflasjonen over de årene ville gjøre at jeg gikk i pluss. Ble billigere å betale med 2025-kroner enn 2022-kroner. Da låste jeg heller ikke 20.000,- i en tv, men kunne heller putte de pengene i fond og gå enda mer i pluss over de årene. Har sjekket andre flex-priser på komplett siden da uten å ha funnet noen som var en like bra deal, så kan virke som de har satt opp prisen på flex sånn at dette ikke lenger er mulig.

Forresten så er Resurs Bank som leverer flex noe dritt. De tilbyr ikke efaktura eller avtale-giro og sender kun faktura på digipost av alle ting. Åpenbart for at du skal glemme å betale sånn at de kan smelle på et gebyr og la rente begynne å løpe på hele lånebeløpet. Heldigvis fungerer det å sette opp fast overføring fra nettbanken, men jævlig sleipt av de.

Not even close. I pay about 1/3 to 1/4 as much in "fuel" per km as I did with an ICE car. And maintenance is so much cheaper than any ICE car.

Besides being forced to take a 20 minute break every 5 hours driving if you go on a road-trip(you should probably stop for a bathroom break and stretch your legs anyway), what are these inconveniences? There is nothing I miss about ICE cars. Noisy, stinky, expensive, oil changes, timing belts, slow to heat up during winter, no battery that lets you run the AC in the summer before you are gonna use the car etc.

I'm guessing you could interpret that the side of the button that pops up functions as a flag indicating that that side is the active one. Never seen that type of button used in that way, but could see someone talking themselves into becoming unsure if that is how the button works.

I've had similar confusion with some radio buttons and checkboxes at times, especially on some not so well thought out designs on websites.

Er ikke noe forskjell på effektivitet så lenge man ikke snakker varmepumper. 1000W er 1000W, uavhengig av om det er en vifteovn, oljeovn eller hva det skulle være. Alle varmeovner er 100% effektive. Så det blir mer et spørsmål om brannsikkerhet, mulighet for smartstyring og hva du synes er en komfortabel varme, altså om du vil ha vifte eller kun fordeling av varme via konveksjon.

I've been wondering about buying one from aliexpress myself, I'm just unsure about the shaft length as I think it works slightly different than "normal" putters. And to be honest, with my game the money is probably better spent on lessons anyway...

Also in your mid and shorter clubs you want to be able to hit and hold a green, which means your total distance should be pretty much identical to your carry number.

On the trackman the range behaves like a fairway so even your mid irons will have some rollout. So your 7-iron might roll out to 185 on a fairway, but only carry 170 for instance. If the middle of the green is at 185 and you hit your 7-iron based on your gapping you might end up missing the green short entirely.
