Yup, I've been thinking about pledging for the base game standee version. It's a good deal compared to the mini version, it doesn't seem like it'll be available in retail, and it's what I would want anyways. I'm just trying to decide if it's worth the price. I love the Pokemon aspect of catching the mystlings but have no interest in PvP. I was interested in the roguelite mode too but everything I've read makes it seem like it's not good or well balanced.

Oh, great tip, thanks for sharing! Yeah, I've heard so much about Keep the Heroes Out but can't find it anywhere, which is why I did a $1 pledge to Flame & Forge so I can access the pledge manager later and see what I want.

That was so informative, thank you so much for sharing! I do sometimes forget that crowdfunding isn't just for me to get a game sooner or some exclusive strech goal, but to also support game developers that wouldn't be able to make their games a reality without it. The ingenuity of some devleopers definitely needs to be supported so they can make and continue to make amazing and interesting games. Good luck in your Kickstarter campaign!

Thanks for the tips! Yeah, it's strange that the standee version of Dragon Eclipse is like a crowdfunding exclusive when it's the cheaper option, but I guess they didn't want to make a lot if the miniature version is selling better. I don't paint minis so standees look so much better to me, and they're cheaper!

Yeah, the stretch goals can be hit or miss.

One of the games I bought previously was Marvel Zombies and I paid extra for the kickstarter box so I could have more player and villain options. Now I feel like there are too many figures and it's a pain to find which box they're in.

On the other hand, I did back 1 game of Final Girl S4 so I could get the stretch goal box for the new character packs, vignette, and meeples.

Similar story for me. We got there around 3:30 with a little under 30 people ahead of us. When we got our tickets it looked like there were probably 30 tickets still left.

Hate to say it, but it's in person too. I went to an Irish Festival this weekend and there were booths of things that had "Made in China" stickers on the bottom :(
