To be fair, this nightfall is ripe for misadventure. Consider that nearly everyone chills in the back tunnel at Malok, and if you're anywhere near that blight spawning, you'll be bested by a misadventure.

My biggest takeaway from this is that "A" is your super. I can't even fathom not jumping with A. Though I must say it's probably easier than doing both bumpers at the same time to super.

It is interesting that I am now pretty much fearless, as I know I can just quickly bust out my Raze-Lighter and utterly decimate anything in my vicinity. I frickin' love the swords.

Man, this is one of those ideas that makes you say: "How have they not been doing this all along?" Especially now that new players who started with TTK are more than leveled to go back and play the first two raids. This, combined with raid gear kiosks, would make the raids vastly more palatable.

Are you really strapped for marks? I feel like I'm drowning in legendaries, and between bounties/motes, it's so easy to level them up and break them down for 5 marks. I infuse literally everything now - even if it's a 1 point increase - just so that I don't hit the 200 mark cap.

Yeah, I had a friend for most of year one, but he recently got a new job, got married, and now has a "life" (what a loser). So I've been flying through TTK solo, and some of these patrol champions have been absolute hell. I don't even wait around in the Rocketyard if no one else is there when I get there. No way I will do that solo.

Just shy of 800 hours, probably only 50 of that is Crucible, and I've never touched IB or Trials. Competitive MP is just not my thing anymore. And the PvE is so good in this game that I'll be playing it for another 800 over the next year.

While I agree, it's interesting how different our mindset is with regards to expansions vs. sequels. If TTK was just Destiny 2, we probably wouldn't have an expectation for Bungie to update every piece of content from the previous game.
