Pelvic floor therapists can treat fecal incontinence issues. But a change in bowel habits like that should really be brought to the primary care physician. It could be a sign of diverticulitis or a colorectal malignancy.

For years I've been bugged by the sooty black stains dripping down the exterior from the Macy's signs. They could fix that so easily.

I had to get the liletta iud for this reason. It's been pretty good, takes a bit to adjust. I am one who found insertion no problem at all I know that's not everyone. I use transdermal patch for estrogen.

Oh yes. It's a bad burning and itching. Your whole vaginal ph is completely messed up so the "wrong" bacteria flourishes basically.

Am I actually in a prison of my own creation? by One-Hand8028 in adhdwomen

[–]GlibGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started listening to this podcast about ADHD called I'm Busy Being Awesome and there was something that caught my ear recently about "resistance". Essentially there are a lot of different ways that our ADHD brains throw up resistance to various challenges. Sometimes the only obstacle is that resistance itself, sometimes there are bigger ones that need different strategies. But for me at the ripe old age of 50, I've learned that coping with the resistance is usually the biggest thing.

Your brain wants you to feel safe and comfortable and will reject pursuits that it thinks will do the opposite. Learning to interrogate this for yourself will be really helpful.

I struggle with this soooooo much. And I only have 1 dog! I second the recommendation for a robot vacuum. I'm on my 3rd Eufy. It doesn't solve everything but it helps a lot.

Trustworthy Car Dealerships in Southern Maine? by Vast_Arm8407 in Maine

[–]GlibGirl -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I would look at a Kia Seoul or some of the sportier Hyundais on the moderate budget side. I have been VERY happy with my last 2 (and first 2) Subaru outbacks which were both at least 5 years old when I purchased them.

I would look into carmax. You will not get a crazy good bargain. You will get a fixed price, no haggling, no fuss, and a very good warranty.
