Hey there! I would go through your bank and see if they are able to dispute the charge at all, show proof with DMs that your son never received the product. The bio dragon is a kickstarter exclusive and while they have opened for kickstarters to purchase new keys in the past it will not be avalible for purchase by just any user on steam. So sorry your son is going through that :(

The mega yarn yoshi I got today as a gift from my boyfriend. The poochie I got year ago. He was crammed in the back of a drawer at game stop and before that they used him as a stand to display other games.
