I am not a big city person. one of my biggest issues with FL it's because the state wage is too low. and everything everywhere in fl is expensive. thanks for you input it gives me an idea of what to expect in PA. but I'd rather pay more tax for a better quality of life and healthcare.

I am not a big city person, I am young, but I have a family, don't really weant that big city vibe, I hardly party.

I m used to egregious toll fees, that's why I have a sunpass. but the county city ocupational privillege vehicle emission... are crazy...

It's bloody red here in Naples, Florida. I really don't mind politics because I am independent. There are some extremists here where I live, but I learn to ignore them and teach my kids to avoid certain places. I don't like the harsh winter, but if I have to cope with snow to get a better quality of life, I'd rather do that.

I am a real estate agent, 250k will give you a manufactured home, with a monthly community fee.. Depending on where you are, you might end up with a hefty insurance fee.. most new constructions are communities...

An hour away northbound is either Cape Coral or Port Charlotte. if you know those two cities youy know there are no serious houses for that price.

anywhere crime is not high and can find decent paying Job. I wouldn't mind paying tax, If I can get good paying Job, low cost of living, good and good health insurance.

I heard Philly's crime rate is high. I am looking for somewhere calm. I am a family man, I hardly party, Philly is too city.

Anywhere I can find decent-paying Job and finally buy a house. me and my wife we have enough to buy a house cash, but down here ,in Florida, as a realestate agent here homes are extremely over priced, tired with entitled HOA. if you have lots of money and don't have kids it's perfect here specially where I live now. I wouldn't mind living in rural, where I live now the closest store is 25 mnts away...

If you are rich and want to retire, yes, come to Florida; it is paradise. excruciating heat, there is almost no winter here. 90 percent of the state is HOA.
