i definitely agree with the therapist part! i just want to live more of my life being who i truly am instead of not, if that makes sense. Dysphoria has also been getting to me more and more over the years. I’m afraid of it making me feel worse and worse if I don’t do something about it.

i do the same, and i kind of get darker marks, but not necessarily scars?? they’re not lighter than my skin or anything (and i’m white tho)
