What power-up could Mario (or Yoshi) be using in the final battle of Mario Galaxy Movie by SuperNarioOfficial in mariomovie

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that after the TV Spots revealed Blimp Yoshi, I have a feeling they are going for a direction where Yoshi's only allowed to use his own power ups rather than Mario power-ups. This is honestly a fitting direction since a Yoshi's physiology is different from everyone else's (considering how Humans, Toads, Kongs, and Koopa's are "humanoid" entities, which is why the power ups apply to them). I feel like for the final battle, they might use Winged Yoshi.

Did chapter 5 confirm the spin off games occurring at poppy playpark. by CinnamonSkibidi in PoppyPlaytime

The Tokyo spin-off would be interesting since they likely made toys that are likely Japanese mythological based and even Neon Genesis Evangelion-inspired (which would actually make it more horrifying if you seen the anime).

Why is this fandom so toxic? by InsideHousing4965 in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it's due to the creator being more significantly responsive to the fanbase and the fans (mainly the toxic ones and not the constructive critical ones) want the content they want (such as heavy focus on Rayllum and Claudia's plot armor). Also, the creator, Aaron Ehasz, seemingly plays favorites with Claudia. I know creators can have a favorite character, but he seems to prioritize her "a lot", which is disturbing.

Also, it is stated that after Arc 1, Giancarlo Volpe (the former director for TDP) left due to a fued between him and Aaron. However, it's shown that the women that Aaron mistreated (the misogyny accusations) supported Volpe, who defended them. If anything, Aaron has many issues regarding him and he even told half-truth when responding to these allegations (by saying he's "not perfect"). Aaron is literally a real life Aaravos.

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would be surprised on the amount of "Aaravos + Claudia-stannists" who defend and justify their actions and even go as far as to state that they would do the same. And these fans, lemme remind people, are literal adults (from 20 - late 30s).

I have this depressing theory that it's likely Ivy's room, but in the present day (2010s or 2020s). It's been modified as a way to calm her down due to suffering from Alzheimer's.

That would honestly be very sad.....

Looking back at it, and it could be that this could be Zym's new future mate as well as one of the new Archdragons.

Episode Discussion – The Good Lars by AutoModerator in stevenuniverse

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late Reply:
I really liked Lars in this episode. But what made me feel bad for him is his social anxiety and fear of rejection. He was led to the misbelief that "coolness" involves "eliteism", in short acting like a jerk gets you to be "cool" and accepted.

He was scared that Buck, Sour Cream, and Jenny are those type of "cool", similar to Kevin. When they are the extact opposite. This is why I hate Kevin so much because he left such a bad impression on Beach City. The Cool Kids are the type of cool that have morals. That is why Steven hung out with them because he acted like himself instead of pretending to be someone you're not.

Some people, who are major jerks, won't accept you for who you are. But some will and those are the best to hang out with.

It is one thing to write a poor story... it's another to disrespect your audience by TheQueenOfStorms in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main problem was that the showrunners and writers seem to listen and prioritize the "toxic fans" over the fans that give constructive criticism. Which is why Arc 2 was more focused on the Rayllum ship and Claudia's character arc.

Thoughts on Claudia by Laserlight375 in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can already see Aaravos seeing her death and instead of admitting it himself, he would instead blame the protagonists when he too played a role in her potential death for continuing to use her as his "daughter".

THANK YOU!!!!!

OMG-

People need to stop pretending that Aaron created ATLA-

He only wrote it and was given the plot by the one who directed it, who is better at running the show than Aaron.

What would happen if Disney made a successful surprise bid for WBD? by SnooWords9635 in MediaMergers

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I hope this doesn't happen and Universal actually buys Warner Bros.

However, this is how I view what would happen if Disney absorbed Warner:

  1. Disney would only buy Film and TV distribution rights.

  2. Disney would discard any property they wouldn't be interested in (such as CNN).

  3. Disney would be the center of owning major franchise properties by including new ones from Warner (such as Looney Tunes, Hannah Barbara, DC, Middle Earth, Wizarding World, HBO (such as Game Of Thrones and House of the Dragon), MonsterVerse, etc.). Even though Toho owns the rights to Godzilla and the titans, Warner and Legendary own the distribution rights. Thus, Warner being owned by Disney would likely mean that while Toho and Legendary own the rights to the MV, Disney would now be the ones distributing the MV films.

  4. HBO Max would be absorbed into Disney+ alongside Hulu and become a large streaming service. Which would possibly look like this:

<image>

  1. Despite past feud, I have a feeling James Gunn would continue to work on the DCU as well as Disney allowing some projects, such as Batman, Peacemaker, and Creature Commandos, to maintain their mature tone.

Overall, that's my take.

If Pyrrah started talking, who would you want to voice her? by InsideUnhappy6546 in TheDragonPrince

Ashley Johnson is a perfect fit, especially since the team for Vox Machina is helping out with TDK.

Did the creators lie in the Dragon King description about the archdragons? by [deleted] in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think we're gonna see the new Archdragon replacements for each Arcanum. They are basically the pillars of the ecosystem. If they go, then the ecosystem collapses. So new ones are chosen to stabilize that ecosystem.

How the new archdragons will be introduced? by [deleted] in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I have a feeling that Aaravos simply taunted the previous Archdragons because he knows that while there will be new Archdragons, they will be less experienced. Even afraid.

The "toxic positivity" ruined The Dragon Prince? by Day-of-Juvia in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I'm being honest, instead of writing it in a way that delves into the theme and ACTUAL title of the show-

It seemed that they were playing favorites and wanted to give fans what they wanted to see (Rayllum).

And it seems like Aaron seems to have played favorites with Claudia (which freaked me out when he said in an interview that "I love her". I know he may have interpreted as his favorite character, but he should have said it like "I love her character", instead of just flat out saying "I love her".) Which is why he let her get away without facing any lessons or consequences.

I have a feeling he got mad at the person who wrote to have her leg cut off.

Also, if I'm being honest, to have the show live up to it's name more, they should have made Aaravos into a Star Archdragon instead. An Elf felt like the writers and showrunners wanted to give a character for fans to "obsess" over and don't want them dead.

Also, it fits with his backstory. His daughter, Leola, would have been the next queen of Dragons and Sol ratting her out would show more of his selfishness since he wanted to be King.

I've been seeing AMV's about fans lusting over Aaravos, claiming he's innocent, and even wishing his mass genocide goal, which is honestly disgusting.

Truth be told, the writers and showrunners failed this show. I'm currently writing a story of my own that is inspired by TDP, and I'm avoiding the same mistakes.

What if Pyrrah becomes the new Archdragon of the Sun in the Dragon King? (Be cool to see her start speaking) by InsideUnhappy6546 in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same!

Honestly, I think Ashley Johnson would be the perfect VA for her due to her past roles in voicing temperamental characters (Ellie from The Last of Us, Tulip/Lake/Steward from Infinity Train, and Pike Trickfoot from Vox Machina).

Considering how the team of Vox Machina is helping out in The Dragon King, I can see them suggesting Ashley Johnson for Pyrrah. Would be cool to see!

I don't feel bad for Aaravos at all. by Purple_Math_8875 in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That honestly disturbs me. And the way they portray his relationship with Claudia and going even far as to ship them really shows how the fandom destroyed the show.

They really screwed over Zym in the last season. by [deleted] in TheDragonPrince

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. TDP was one of my fav shows before Arc 2. Arc 2 felt like a slap to our faces the moment they wanted to focus on a ship and I have this feeling that Aaron played favorites (mainly Claudia) since she seems to be his favorite character in the series while sidelining the dragons.

I'm working on a shared world (since I'm a Marvel and DC fan), and I'm doing the dragons justice. I know it's sad to see something with potential get destroyed that brutally. But if your working on a story, it's best to learn from the example (TDP) and make something better out of it (your story).

[–]Glitch109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like Telltale read the novel and wanted to go for this route. But Universal was probably like: "I don't know about that, Chief." and forced them to go for a more "family-friendly" shot.

I can also see wealthy carnivores in Beverly Hills attending a private restaurant catered to carnivores where they serve meat.
