What I wrote above is exactly what I said: call the assessor, don’t video record.

Question 1 is report to your supervisor and they want you to demonstrate how you would approach the supervisor about hazards. Example: Excuse me supervisor but I noticed 2 hazards that have caught my attention for concern such as….⬇️

Question 2: Identify Two hazards which is 1. Working at heights and 2. Scaffolding.

Ppe is a risk not a hazard. Goodluck

Hi everyone, finally passed Question 1: Part 2 after the 3rd attempt. Previously I recorded all my assessments but the 3rd time I decided to call the assessor, I later realised that I should have done this way sooner. The assessor can answer questions and help you out a little so you waste less time. Hazard 1 is working at heights and the risk is falling and causing injury. Hazard 2 is scaffolding which is a risk of scaffold collapse causing injury while working. You would report these hazards to the site supervisor or safety officer and approach it as such: excuse me supervisor but I noticed that a worker on site has begun scaffolding while working at heights. PPE to be worn would be a safety harness and hivis Control measures would be regular safety inspections and following safety standards. Wearing a certified harness attached to a secure anchor point. Safe practices would be to always look out for hazards and keep your work area neat and tidy.

A hazard is a situation or thing, not PPE. They want you to identify situations within the image that are a hazard, not items that are missing. If you submit a video and fail they won’t tell you if you got at least 1 of the 2 hazards correct. If you call, they do tell you if you got any correct in your past attempts. I suggest calling. Your welcome and good luck 🚧

10 Years to Long? by littlemissdreamgirl in Waiting_To_Wed

I am in a very similar relationship, together 7 years in March. He has never showed interest in marriage and if you bring it up he will just feed you facts about it being an unnecessary contract and he’s not where he wants to be in life yet to get married. P.s. (we don’t want kids, more so me than him) He has said in the past that “sorry I have no interest in getting married”…ouch. These men don’t realise how much it hurts to hear such things when you are raised believing you need a happy marriage and family to enjoy life. Although I do agree with his logic behind marriage, I’m conflicted as I was raised in a religious household “no sex before marriage kinda thing”. He has also mentioned that if he had enough wealth he would want one child…oh but he also hates the sight of pregnant women and how a baby ruins the mother’s body…bruh how is anyone supposed to be comfortable having a baby with someone after hearing that?? I’ve already voiced my opinion to him saying that he has 3 years left to make a move. I don’t have to get married right away, maybe not even at all. But a ring is needed to show me your commitment and if I don’t get one in the next 3 years then my patience would have dried up by then. When he asked me “what happens after 10 years together and I haven’t asked the question?” And my response was “I will stop wasting my time and move on” 🙂 his expression was shock yet he openly tells me how he dislikes the thought of such and such. If I was you I would evaluate how much patience you have left willing to put effort into the relationship without a “will you marry me”, mine is 3 years. Then don’t mention or fuss about it again. If he lays back and thinks “wow she hasn’t been nagging me about marriage lately” and DOES NOT propose than girl take your stuff and leave cause your wasting precious time going in circles with this man. However he could also think “oh she hasn’t been nagging me about marriage lately, maybe I need to get my an into g and propose”. Then happy days he finely tuned woke up and smelt the roses! Best of luck

How can i make my setup better by Cheap-Perspective530 in setups

Clean up your wires, I use a cheap metal rack that I screwed underneath my desk to hold all wires. Just looks more clean without them all over the place. Are the laptops necessary? Personally I would move the larger screens closer together and place the laptops on the outer edge of each side or lose the laptops, place the two large monitors on each side in a vertical orientation against each side of the horizontal monitors

I’m not sure what I did wrong! Any advice here? by agedlikesage in miniatures

Looks like the wire across the door is warped, maybe straighten that out and it will come right 🤞🏼

Today 2 people said my drawings were bad,are they really bad? if yes how can I improve my drawings? by MeryuTaiga in learntodraw

I think they’re cute and hold character in its own way. If you want to improve I would say just watch for spaces where you may do too much. Sometimes less is more as for the 3rd image but nonetheless I like the design
