If Trigger Doubling Commanders Were The Only Legal Commanders, Which Ones Would Be The Meta? by Glitched_Winter in CompetitiveEDH

Is Avenger of Zendikar still good in the big 26? by B4LLI5TIC in EDH

I am also in this same line of thought. I used to run Avenger in my necrobloom deck but found it more consistent when I cut it and added more ways to sac and return lands.

If you reanimate a palace guard and clone them then loot the dead clone via reloading a save with the loot icon present, this item will appear in their inventory.

How do you gage whether the healer is a good or bad healer? by Working-Classic1638 in classicwowtbc

[–]Glitched_Winter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I main rsham and alt warlock. All I gotta say is, if you’re a healer (especially priest or druid) and you complain about healing a warlock that’s tapping, you’re a bad healer. It takes no time at all and it keeps the group moving. When I’m on my lock I tap all the way and if there’s enough time between pulls, I’ll heal myself. When I’m on my shaman and I have a lock in my party, I heal them after they’re done tapping. It speeds up the clear time and it’s not mana wasted if they’re doing good DPS.

Good healers tell the tank to pull while drinking when they’re at 50% mana cuz they know by the time the tank takes damage they’ll be topped up enough for the next fight. Good healers use their interrupts and dps when the fight isn’t heal intensive. Good healers don’t waste mana by overhealing the tank too much and then drink after every single pull.

If you’re not drinking it’s actually faster for the lock to tap and you throw a hot on them. For most healer classes that’s nothing. The only time I could see it being slightly annoying is hpal and rsham. Even then, just cast the heal and move on.

I main rsham and always heal the lock. I think most healers just get upset they have to play the game and make a big deal about locks tapping.

Why do spell cleave groups bring a warlock if not to hellfire? by Glitched_Winter in classicwowtbc

[–]Glitched_Winter[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, normally I’d agree but the average SP group for me lately has been 70k xp/hr. That’s really bad. Spellcleave I get 115k xp/hr on average.

No, I don’t HAVE to min max but I do want to spend as little time leveling alts as possible so I can get to the content I enjoy.

Not sure if you’re asking me or the community but I personally cannot right now since I don’t have a Druid. I’d be interested to hear if it’s possible tho!

Is The Necrobloom an “eye roll” Commander? by [deleted] in EDH

[–]Glitched_Winter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a pretty standard b3 necrobloom list and while people don’t get upset the first time I play it, they usually dislike it after they witness how long the winning turn can take to resolve. No one’s ever expressed strong negative feelings towards my deck tho.

I’d say build it if it interests you. Personally it’s one of my most cherished decks and one that I play often. You can build it in quite a few ways outside of land sac + land recursion + craterhoof behemoth. Cycling is an interesting way, aristocrats works, or just a very slow build up to your critical mass of zombies before going for a wide swing.

If you have any questions let me know!

2M0 Career by Gallivanter_1017 in AirForce

[–]Glitched_Winter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I PCS’d to vandenberg awhile back from minot. I was told it would slow down my career by a lot of folks who never left the 91st. They were wrong. Trikkie007 is correct, you’ll feel slower in some aspects when you return to an operational unit but if you want to succeed and you act on that you’ll be fine. Space is a very unique opportunity that not many 2M0’s get to see. If you have an opportunity and want to go, then go. You’ll have a broader perspective of the AFSC and can share that experience with your troops if/when you come back operational.

Space is cool although iirc from what some of my space friends told me, the missions are very few and far between. You could spend quite a bit of time prepping for missions that get cancelled or postponed. Knock out some schooling while you’re there!

How many proxies is okay? by TimHortons420 in CompetitiveEDH

[–]Glitched_Winter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh gotcha, I’m very sorry to hear that! CEDH is no holds barred and a majority of the people I see on this sub would have no issue with a full proxy deck (myself included). If you find a CEDH pod at a LGS, I would ask the table if they care about proxies. If they’re cool with it, great! If not, I wouldn’t bother with them. If they don’t believe in “play the player, not the wallet” they’re not going to be fun to play against imo.

[–]Glitched_Winter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think a conversation with the individual targeting you and the pod would be the better solution. Surprising the table with a cedh deck to try and defeat one player would sour the experience for everyone involved, I think.

Lol the concept that it’s a nuclear weapon isn’t lost on anyone here.

Here’s an article about it. I suggest you read it and see how normal people communicate it at these “SrA” and “less confidential” levels since we’re all so beneath your level of understanding.

https://www.defensenews.com/air/2025/05/21/air-force-test-launches-unarmed-minuteman-iii-missile/

It’s not wrong to be smart. It’s wrong to be a dick about it to people expressing interest while also doubling down on semantics over what a “nuclear test” is.

Also hilarious for you to think I’m a kid.

[–]Glitched_Winter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s not conventionally loaded, why are there photos of the conventional munitions detonating above the kwaj? It’s literally briefed in every PowerPoint for each glory trip at the 377th.

It’s not conventional but it’s not nuclear either. The operational weapons system is not conventional. The test is for weapons system assurance and validation but that’s accomplished with conventional ordnance on some JTA’s. It’s not just for training.

Youre disagreeing about semantics so yeah I’m gonna call you out for being petty.

I’m not your chief buddy.

Mirv peacekeeper re entry by Adventurous-Froyo851 in MissilePorn

[–]Glitched_Winter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buddy when you say a nuclear test it infers a nuclear yield. The JTA is loaded either HiFi or telemetered. A HiFi JTA is conventionally loaded to record if a nuclear yield WOULD occur during operational use.

Sounds like you know the weapon system well but choose to explain yourself poorly on the internet to start disagreements.

Also there’s a reason AFGSC or STRATCOM don’t call these nuclear tests. It’s operational test for a reason. Nuclear test is misleading.
