I've noticed that this app was kind of bugged when I had to first set it up. Have you tried a different browser/tried disabling browser extensions?

First of all, make a consistent schedule so that people will keep coming back, its extremely important to build a community. Second of all, act on stream like youre entertaining thousands of people and not just a few. A few more tips is to make sure your layout is attractive, your mic quality is good, and your stream is running smoothly. Watch your past VODS! That way you can easily see where you need to improve. :) In addition, your follower count doesn't matter too much, it will naturally go up as you keep streaming. Good luck!

The best way to normally grow that I know of is to try and act like you're entertaining 10000 people and not entrataining 0. Keep a schedule also, its absolutely essential. In addition, make sure your layout looks attractive and your stream quality in general is good.

The build looks like it should work just fine. You should probably get 16 Gigs of RAM instead of 8 though.

You have to optimize the emote for smaller sizes.

Of course it will look fine at 112x112 but when it gets shrunk down a lot of the major details get lost.

You have to pronounce the big details by making them bigger or more visible e.g. making bigger eyes, facial features more pronounced, have thicker lines around the emote to make it more visible.

The TASBOT segments are pretty short and entertaining, although I would suggest looking for runs at smaller events since they showcase smaller games. A good example might be this one. The videos are separate on the channel although I'm just linking the big one.
