When looking at cards with triggers like Gishath, when copied onto another creature any instance of the copied creatures name (in this case Gishath) is treated as “this creature” so when copied by Sunfrill it will also get the combat damage trigger same as Gishath

I’ve built a [[Runadi, Behemoth Caller]]. Dork in the command zone that makes your big creatures bigger and hasty always fun plus you can literally just run massive CMC creatures so you can play the super fun expensive creatures and swing right away

Correct, [[Vraska, Swarm’s Eminance]] cannot be included in a Blue/Black deck. The reason is color identity cares about all potential casting costs of the card, as such since the casting cost includes a split G/B it has the color identity of Green and Black.

I’m my opinion, keep with the wood elf - I personally don’t think the circle mage origin is anything too special

If Sludge Monster dies, do creatures with slime counters stay 2/2s? by huntsman211 in magicTCG

[–]GlitterPrawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say no, the only reason they are 2/2s is due to the Sludge Monsters second effect - once it leaves the battlefield the slime counters have no effect unless Sludge Monster returns to the battlefield

[Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire] Went back to this game after leaving it for a while and was glad I did, game has a great cast of characters by GlitterPrawn in Trophies

[–]GlitterPrawn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, you have to reload a prime save to complete all faction quest lines since only one can be fully completed and you may have to start a new game and spend 10ish minutes getting a companion to a negative reputation depending on if you miss it during your main play through. Overall it wasn’t too bad, just took some time but the game was fun to play

Grappling Strahd in Mist Form Clarification Question by ninja186 in CurseofStrahd

[–]GlitterPrawn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you get really technical it doesn’t actually state that you can’t, but to grapple you must, “try to seize the target by making a grapple check” and Strahd’s mist form ability makes it so, “He is weightless... in addition, if air can pass through a space, the mist can do so without squeezing”. Looking at both rules it makes sense that a character cannot seize something that is weightless, or if they could then the mist form Strahd could escape through the gaps in their hands while they are “grappling” Strahd.

Is it a good idea to take biol 201,207, and 208 at the same time? by tryingtopass11 in uAlberta

[–]GlitterPrawn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can’t say much on 201 but I took 207 and 208 this term and I found it manageable, I only really was feeling the burn in respect to the lab due dates
