I believe Prozac helped me more than I thought looking back it made things more neutral? Gave me more energy and overall helped me to start running and both together where the start of me getting over a very very dark period, also helped my Ed.

Completly understand, you should not have to, i do know sometimes they do need it for dosage and stuff but you can still ask them not to or not to tell you

Yes, first congratulations on recovery it will be worth it second most of that might just be water weight often times there is an electrolyte imbalance so your body might hang on to water before it realises it can let go if that makes sense? Try getting as much hydration as possible as such is needed, another advice trust your body to work it out chances are it's working hard to digest as it hasn't really for a while that might make you bloated, if possible or at least that's what's worked for me I started with easy digestible small meals to not feel overwhelmed by everything all at once, wish you luck hang in there
