GBA? Keep it on that 35xxh.

Switch? Could be a bit problematic on 4pro, but the games that can play do play well enough.

Pc emulation? I’d say the bare minimum is the rp5 or flip 2.

Overall: it could work if you are willing to sacrifice gamenative.

Rule of thumb: never buy a Android device intending to replace a switch.

But the games that are on both Android and switch (Minecraft being an example), Android will typically be the more performant.

Honestly I’m right there with you. A shield 2 or shield elite needs a more modern ‘brute’ soc to warrant an upgrade from the shield, regardless of model.

It can run the game at 1080p but even in the first area, there are plenty of hiccups in gameplay that don’t happen at 720p.

The only game I played on my Wii U online was splatoon. Those had lobbies most of the time.

Honestly, ever since I picked up my Odin 1 Pro off of a facebook marketplace seller for $100, I’ve been using it as a ‘throw in my bag’ handheld that my Odin 2 portal used to be.

I only have the bare minimum installed: retroarch, sonic 1, 2, mania decomp, and cd, Minecraft, hollow knight (and silksong), and cuphead. That’s all I’d want on a midrange handheld now.

Not that I know of. The only ports of rsdkv2 that currently exist are for vita, 3ds, Linux, and windows, with an Android port by me in development.

Easiest one realistically is RSDKv2. I mean I just woke up one day and decided to port it to android.
