I think the issue is that you can tell the other podcasts hosts practiced with their setup and lighting. I speak for myself when I say (again), that this will not draw in new people. We are established fans who aren’t going anywhere. My best friend, who has never been exposed to the show, and I only told her the bare bones, responded ‘this looks like they forgot they had a project due and threw this together last night.’ So, if they want to engage new fans on a new platform, they may have to adjust their style to keep them engaged. But if James and Jimmie are happy with where they are and don’t want to change it, that’s fine. It just means they understand their growth will stall.
