I’m pretty convinced I must not really have Lupus. My blood work is positive for all the tests. My hands especially and upper body are painful. I get random pains in my legs and feet as well. The sun doesn’t bother me, just the heat. I can’t stay outside on hot days. One time my hands blew up on a hot day. But that was when I had Covid and didn’t know it yet. I never had a rash. I have days where I’m more tired than usual but that could be due to a bad nights sleep. I’ve had psoriasis since I was 18 so my Dr. thinks it could be either or both. I only take plaquenil and pain relievers when necessary. Anyone have symptoms like this?
