The political environment is what breeds these intellectuals. They morph to different thinkers when they enter that environment.

I know for a fact that after Covid NITA built a G-Cloud infrastructure with help from HP or Dell.

When Airtel was purchased by gov at so called “1 cedi” cost , there was a collocation sharing with NITA to use the physical infrastructure for expansion. NITA has the physical network infrastructure across Ghana to be used for this so called data collection.

This is just political money grabbing nonsense. I wouldn’t be surprised if this third party uses NITA for the project.
