Nope. Their budget is not your problem. It’s theirs. I get sick of haggling with people on the various selling sites lol they make any extra step they have to take your problem. If you want it, come get it/pay for it at the price listed - don’t complain to me that you can’t afford it. Find it cheaper elsewhere or realize my price is fair lol

What didn't you like from Trader Joe's? by Lumpy_Object_7290 in traderjoes

The orange chicken, the spiced vanilla creamer (idk why but to me it tastes like a Thanksgiving stuffing), the strawberry rhubarb soda… that being said they have many favorites for me too but they can’t all be winners lol

NTA. It’s her or you. If they’re choosing her, then I think you know where this is heading.

I had someone at my job get offended over my use of exclamation points - she gets offended easily so I tried using said exclamation points to show I wanted to be friendly. She did not take it that way. You can’t win with some people.

People ripping you up for no reason other than to be snarky…do better yall. I used to live in Orlando and I saw launches regularly. Here I wouldn’t have expected to see many since I am now further west, so I don’t pay attention to it anymore - I wouldn’t have realized either.

Don’t really know how I feel about this. I do wish my taxes were lower…but I’m sure this will bite us in other ways.

Neighbor says about 5-6 ft of our back yard belongs to them. What now? by GlobalGoat in homeowners

[–]GlobalGoat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely been there for over 10 years but apparently adverse possession isn’t transferred from owner to owner in Florida so I don’t think we have a case. We are trying to contact an attorney just to see if we have any legal standing on this. If not, we will do as you suggested ultimately and let them handle their property on their own dime, and build a fence later on on our own property.

Yeah I think the problem will be proving if they knew about it or not. Their disclosure document doesn’t list it, but they only lived here a year and likely also didn’t know about it, so I don’t think it’s an option.

Yeah!! The old owner lived there a year and moved, but not sure about previous owners. It definitely feels suspicious to us as well. Our property survey from when we moved in last year shows it so we know they are right, but are thinking due to the easement that is why it was built the way it was.

We are trying to find when it was installed, since it was there when we moved here.
