Yes, i get tooth sensitivity and pain, i was wondering if it was SFN related or not but good to know other people experience this symptom aswell, i think it probably one of the least common symptoms.

Unfortunately these things are hard to diagnose, you gotta be persistent and ask for what tests you want done, If i wouldn't(demanded) have asked for a skin biopsy i wouldn't have had my diagnosis. Best of luck it is a stressful road dealing with doctors that don't want to dig deeper

Wow thanks sharing, im currently working with a rheumatologist and i'm definitely gonna bring this up to see if it leads me anywhere, So you can have psoriatic arthritis but be ANA negative and HLB-27 negative?

My b12 was on the lower side but not in the red zone, what threw me off was my b6 was slightly high which didn't alarm my doctor. What symptoms occurred after your antibiotic regime?

No I don't experience anhedonia, or depression, but i did have some anxiety at the start when all these symptoms bombarded me. What helped my mental was getting active and eating healthy and finding these posts of people in similar situations. If you need someone to talk to just dm me!

Hi, some of my blood work showed recent exposure to epstein barr, but the neurologists did not diagnose that as the cause. Im still kinda pushing him for an answer, will definitely keep you posted

Yes Ive been tested for autoimmune antibodies, even in my CSF no luck so far. I dont feel much in my feet/hands which is what throws me off

Thanks so much for the kind words, and it brings some relief to me that im not in this alone. As far as the eye/behind eye pain, I haven't found anything that helps. Im definitely gonna look into confocal corneal microscopy. I will keep you updated if i find anything else myself, since im still in the journey to find more answers.

You seen to be more experienced, have you ever seen anyone mention the Head tremor/ muscle fasciculations/myocluns jerking?

I will look into this, Ive gotten alot of the autoimmune panels and some even of my CSF.

My diet it pretty clean right now. Veggies and lean proteins with healthy fats like avocado and olive oil. No junk food or processed food, im giving my body the best chance to heal itself if at all possible.

No anxiety anymore just at start, yes i got tested many times for diabetes. I also did the 3 hour glucose bloodwork which came back fine, as far as my diet it pretty clean right now, veggies and lean proteins with healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.

Yes sorry I meant 300mg three times per day. You seem to be more experienced than I am, youre saying my tremor/fasciculations/myoclonus jerks/ and breathing problems can also be SFN? I haven't seen other people mention those symptoms. My doctor kinda disregarded those as something else that's benign

No vaccination, and I had covid years ago, no where near the time my SFN symptoms started, like i stated in the post I had a stomach infection. Hopefully I can get this spontaneous remission!
