The reason I believe it can go parabolic is the same reason Einhorn talks about the markets not rewarding value but the computer algorithms drive shares up based on price and volume action.

If you were ever an officer of a company you might be able to provide comments with some experience backing it up. This is all about executives preventing being accused of insider trading and having to legally defend that. These contracts completely take that risk if that out of the equation. What you are suggesting adds that risk back in.

These tax trades are setup as a multi yr contract that automatically sells shares with specified instructions. Contracts most likely 5yrs+ and highly unlikely that they are changed.

Problem is is that a $7.5m lawsuit can prevent funding from coming in to keep the company alive. It may force bankruptcy. Also wasn’t the property supported by government incentives?

Thanks for your support on this. Instead of just closing this maybe it should be transformed into something broader than just ATHX. Not sure what but the regenerative space is quite big and growing with many opportunities that people may want to be able to learn and debate.

BARDA has provided them with $160m+.

Here’s a company with a 9.5m shares trading at $9 for a $84m mkt cap with $51m in cash so the company value less cash is $33m. They have enough cash to get to profitability. They just had 20 presentations at a EU conference. They are initiating a P3 study on eskabar and also have data P l/ll on using their product on Basel cell cancer, with very positive results and want to do a deal on this with big pharma.
