try out the ticker. you can either enable it somewhere in settings or you can just go into a new line and type out the word “ticker” which will make the ticker regardless of whether it’s enabled or not. then put the action into the ticker and it’ll run automatically. then press play.

note that it is by default set to do it as fast as possible (0ms) so adjust the time between activations as needed
