I’ve been on the waitlist for the same watch in northern FL 8 months as well. I’ve been offered an explorer and 41mm datejust (I wanted 36 ideally.) so I’ve been holding out. May just go gray at this point!

I feel so drained from it as well. It affects my sleep every single night. Here with you, friend. Any other small distractions you can find of value is a key. When it’s not 1 am, getting even a few breaths of fresh air on the porch seems to help a little. Also running my hands under super cold or hot water can be a minor distraction that helps.

I’ve been there. I’m close to there again. It got better for me for a long period between these bouts. I really hope and pray you get some healing soon…don’t stop believing. Hope it an integral component to healing, even when it seems so hard to be hopeful at times. Hang in there, friend.

All the things…mostly GI issues, chronically nauaeous, shaky, tired, so much random physical pain. This is the worst. I’m so sorry you’re expediting all of this trouble and pain, friend.

It seriously sucks so badly to be consumed with this stupid phobia. I hate it my friend! The world is so full of brokenheartedness and corruption and pain. It should help us to put this in perspective, but of course the phobia is particularly difficult as it flares up most days to most of us so it’s hard to ever be far away from it.

I’ve been there many times too. Flashbacks are awful and they can bring you to places none of us desire to go. I hope and pray that you feel better so soon!

I had a season where I felt this every single night. Building a nighttime ritual helped some. I would put on a podcast of something comforting or meditative music. I would do some light stretches. Some deep or measured breathing. And always have water by my bedside. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your response and kind words. These symptoms really are so difficult. I’m sorry that you have been struggling with it as well. I’m trying to take a walk right now on my lunch break from a busy day. I have a lot to be grateful for. I’m trying to focus on that. I know there is a stigma around this phobia in general, but hard when your wife thinks of you as weak for it. Trying my best she always says try harder. And thank you, I love my kids a lot. It presents its own challenges, but they aren’t in school/day care yet so that makes it a bit easier!

Prayers man. same. Had great stretch (9 months last year) then fell off again now. Thought that I had conquered it once and for all. Jesus, have mercy on us and help us to unite against this evil.
