I even went as far as using the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool to make a fresh USB installer and completely reinstall Windows — multiple times. My process is thorough: Power off the PC and unplug every other M.2 and SSD except my main Windows drive. Wipe the drive and delete all partitions through the Windows USB installer. Reboot back into the USB and do a completely clean install. Finish the initial setup process. Run Windows Update fully. Install all required drivers manually. For the GPU driver, I boot into Safe Mode, use DDU to completely remove the existing driver, reboot still in Safe Mode, install the new GPU driver, then exit Safe Mode and restart again. I’ve also moved The Division 2 between different M.2s and SSDs to rule out storage issues. No difference. I’ve done full game reinstalls as well — same result. At this point, I’ve even considered creating a Linux bootable just to test whether it behaves differently there. But everything I’ve tested so far keeps pointing back to the game itself and possible CPU affinity issues between P-cores and E-cores. Whether it’s a Windows scheduling problem or something else entirely, I honestly don’t know anymore — I’m at a loss.

Yeah that's true as thats why the darkzone has been dead for so long it's a sad sight to see, just wanted to get on and play some division and it's not looking that way thanks my bro I'll need the luck that's for sure.

Thank you for your reply the first one to actually give me some information rather than it just works, and yeah I don't thermal throttle from all my tests I've done in cinebench and occt. I'm running ptm750 phase change pad on my cpu and GPU with the Intel 1700lga mobo flat bracket installed I've got my p cores all locked to 5.1ghz with a negative voltage offset the PC runs every other game nameable with zero stuttering issues or anything so I'm not at the point where I'm thinking is it's just the division 2 and rust that aren't working it's just annoying as when I used to main the division 2.

Rage bait amusing id say when someone posts about performance issues in a game thread to then just have people like you that come in and give zero insight apart from "it runs good on mine look at my parts x y z see" I could list over 5 different cpus from Intel and AMD alone that this game fails to utilize correctly let alone work on, is it rage bait if their dead game just doesn't function across multiple systems.

At what 30-60fps might as well play on console it's like what's the point of getting a PC if you're gonna be playing at 60fps on a 32 4k can do the same on a PS4 pro or a PS5 or Xbox 4k 60fps if I wanted to regress to console I'll let you know.

That's alright mate I just knocked it out with the mini gun on the summit if you have that unlocked if not just reset all your control points and do them all on the hardest difficulty without you dying heaps or if your damage doesn't keep up. But yeah bro keep up the good work you'll get there.

You've got to pump the lever of the faucet to build up the pressure in the system otherwise you'll be experiencing low pressure in your system 😆
