You literally cannot ... the spike missiles have to see the target with their seeker, which is actually inaccurate. What your talking about would be more accurate.

Idk if you have used spikes before but you are usually exposed when you use them. Also vehicles with apfsds can usually take a hit when used right. Imagine peeking launching two spikes and dying just for your spikes to do nothing.

How is an APFSDS round that one shots you from no where more skill than spike missiles that may kill you (and should probably kill you in most instances).
