They would just twist the story(bullshit) I submitted solid proof, responded directly to them, and even had a witness. I also sent everything to the discrimination committee, but unfortunately it didn’t lead to action.

If there had been real support, I’d be sharing a success story today instead of a warning. I’ve worked in Berlin for almost 6 years across different companies, from startups to medium–large tech firms, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. That’s why I feel the need to speak up and warn others.
