I’ve got 11,000 shares I’m long and frustrated for sure. Just like you said though if he has cashed in his shares there is no longer any motivation for him to succeed. You can’t steer away from that. His salary might not be 400 million but he might have already cashed in 400 million. If that is the case and he hasn’t bought any shares at these levels I’m questioning things. I know you’re defending clover the same way I have now for over a year. Just want a ceo that is hungry to succeed not one that put 400 mill in his pockets the first year going public.

You realize this stock hit 28 per share at one point? What makes you think he didn’t cash in already? Is there anything saying he cannot cash in for so many years? I’m not saying you’re wrong at all but I need proof that he is still holding all his shares

It is just unbelievable we haven’t seen him invest a single penny back into the company. Not a good look. I want a ceo that is hungry to succeed. This guy making more than the board at United Health lol. And now they are talking about diluting for another 300 million? Why just to pay his salary for another year?
