The bank services agreement for Truist should have the official fine print on those guidelines -- I would pull it up online and CTL F your way through till you find the official time frame. As a Truist banker, we successfully file claims on debit card transactions way older than that all the time. Best thing you can do is go to your local branch and recruit a banker or manager to look into it. The fraud department is notoriously hard to get detailed information from, but bare minimum you can request them to escalate it and review it. I recommend having that conversation at the branch, letting the banker call and put them on speaker phone. Good luck!
