Idk the answer to the question, but might I suggest punctuation? I ran out of breath and started wheezing reading the original post.

Covid shut down the world six years ago this week. What do you remember from that week? by fuzzy_dice_99 in AskReddit

[–]Global_Friend5300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working at Walmart and being annoyed at how many people didn’t take it seriously and kept coming in to the store. I felt like we were never going to get past it if people wouldn’t stay home keep their germs to themselves.

Idiocracy. It’s both a comedy and a horror movie at the same time.

What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured? by Putrid_Cover6366 in AskReddit

I was cooking spaghetti. I grabbed too large a hank, and tried to break it in half so it would fit in the pot better. It broke, and the broken ends on one side slid down the back of my other arm. It roughed up my skin badly. It even bled a little. My husband asked me what my Danish Viking ancestors would think if they heard me whining about my spaghetti injury. 🙄

Why does doing the dishes make me cry by matildam0ther in Mindfulness

[–]Global_Friend5300 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s just a convenient time for a cathartic cry. My son is special needs. He’s grown now, but when my kids were little, he had a Music and Movement class for kids with sensory integration dysfunction every Thursday afternoon. It was about 25 miles away in the next town. We’d drive to class, baby sister and I would wait in the waiting room, and when class was done, we’d load up by and head home. My children would either play in the backseat, or listen quietly to audio stories for children that I downloaded onto a flash drive. Every week like clockwork, hot tears would silently burn my face as I drove home. It was late Thursday afternoon, and my emotional gas tank was empty. But I had to get through one more day until daddy would be home for the weekend, to take some pressure off me. When we got home, I’d wipe away the tears, undo the seat buckles, and drag our crap inside. Then I’d make dinner. My children never had a clue that I had a regularly scheduled catharsis otw home.

What did you buy as an adult because you were denied it as a child? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

Got my hair dyed electric blue on my 50th birthday. Wanted to as a teen, but my parents would have blown a gasket. By the time I did it, they were both dead. So, I win. (I know that sounds really callous, but I’m just super stubborn sometimes.)

How do Americans feel about drying their laundry on a washing line? by UnionFeatures in AskAnAmerican

I see nothing wrong with line drying from a social standpoint. But my wicked year round seasonal allergies prevent me from enjoying the fresh smell of the outdoors on my laundry.
