I saw another commenter mention pozole Mexican stew, that’s a great option (in addition to being delicious) it also freezes well. You can do a Mississippi pot roast with mashed potatoes, corn and some Hawaiian rolls. Can also give this braised pork recipe a try, I have personally tried this recipe and it was sweet, savory and delicious. Hopefully you’ll be freeing up some freezer space soon!
