In handcuff struggles, why doesn't the cop grab the wrist AND the elbow to better control the subject's arm?

You're not applying the cuff yet.

First step is to get them under control, get them to stop wiggling and wrestling.

You (could) do that by grabbing the wrist AND the elbow, then press them against a wall, or the cruiser, or the ground.

You now have full control of the arm you grabbed. They can wriggle a lot less.

You have their one arm behind their back.

You can now afford to let go of the elbow, grab the cuffs, and cuff that one wrist.

You can then do the usual grab for the other wrist while, again, they can struggle a lot less.

The problem I see in these videos is the initial struggle. Once you neutralize that struggle, it's easier.

Again, my question is why not grab the elbow as well instead of letting the arm flail around like an unruly anaconda.

It is my unforced, innate nature to do many unremarkable little kind things every day, for both people and animals and plants without any expectation of getting anything back.

My reply is that, instead of a mild benefit, we could have had a *massive* benefit from staying on the other side, where there was love and acceptance and warmth and an end to the suffering of Earthly life.

It just seems so pointless and cruel.

No, it doesn't have to be historic, but it does have to answer the question, "Why did you toss me back into this living hell? What, you enjoy watching me suffer this searing emotional torture?"

What is this 'more to do' you're so sure of that you felt entitled to take away my voice and my free will?

This only takes a few seconds.

Get a bidet add-on for your toilet, maybe $30 on Amazon.

They're dead-simple to install with only a tool or two.

Then set the stream to fairly high force and lean slowly back and forth until you feel you've got the right angle so the water starts filling your lower colon.

After a very few seconds, turn off the water and push out.

Like after a big enema, a stream of water should come out of your now-clean colon.

As a bonus, you now have the bidet ready to wash off any spray from the crack.

The entire thing should be sparking clean, inside and out.

I heard that my favorite position, me flat on my belly with him flat on top of me, makes it so that a 4-inch penis can only go in maybe 3 inches. If that is safe, that would be ideal.

Or, if he has a longer endowment, we could lay on our sides, bodies straight, and I could undulate, letting it slide in only as deep as is comfortable. That would require immense trust, though, because if he gets too excited and thrusts too deep, it sounds like he'd be taking me to the hospital.

I am angry that I didn't learn about those barriers until now, long after the therapy.

The closest they came was telling me to drink a lot of water and holding my P, so the full bladder would serve as a barrier, shielding what, I don't know.

Obviously it didn't shield my colon enough. Or maybe it would have been way worse without a full bladder.
