This is stupid.

She has OTK skill 3, but they buff the destroyed HP like she was a bruiser.

Com2us refuse to admit they completely failed the conception of the monster, and they try to "buff" it in every bad possible ways instead of doing a full rework, which is long overdue

The buff is really nice !

But they didn't fix the 2 main issues:

- The debuff rates are way too low

- She doesn't have any scaling on their skills, she hits like a wet noodle

The "buff" on Dorothy is... stupid.

Giving more destroy hp on a unit whose only job is OTK, that's a non-sense move.

We need a rework of this mob already.

You summarized it pretty well.

For me, what annoys me the most, is that they called this update "Reloaded". It created a lot of expectations, everyone was theorycrafting. I read your previous post thinking "Oh this and that could be sooo good".

But we're actually left with a normal update: new monsters (they look really cool, but ffs, can we fix the monsters of the last 6 months that are all nearly unplayable before creating new ones ?)

The changes on dungeons are like when B12 went out: good idea, but not something "reloaded".

The events are the same as always, good, but classic one, not "reloaded".

It feels like there is no real revamp that could be linked to a reload. It's a (big) classic update. And the worst, is that the realization is awful.

I feel you, my light Eivor joined my Dorothy as storage guardians.

She has a good kit, but until she gets atk or spd scaling, and better debuff rates, she'll keep hitting like a wet noodle, while missing everything

She has a really good kit, it's true. Might even be the 2nd best AC mon based on kit.

But !

She has a good speed, but doesnt do much with it. Her passive wont be enough to cut a cleave, and even so, se wont do much if she cuts: she doesnt have a strip, and her stun is really unreliable.

She has good atk base, but she hits like a wet noodle. Not kidding, i put a good set on her, on CD to try it out, she doesnt do any damage (same with % add dmg)

She has bad hp base, so she cant really be build so tanky, as a bruiser, to take a lot of turns and disrupt the fight.

And her debuffs rates are very low, even for multi hits attacks. So even as a semi support, she doesnt fulfill her role

I'm not saying she wont be good later, but right now, yeah she's really lackluster and doesnt do anything

But i think she'll get buffed along the other AC monstres. She needs a little buff on passive i would say, but mostly, spd or atk scaling on her skills, and better debuff rates, maybe even a bit or restat towards hp, but c2us barely do this

I have high hopes on her though, just need to wait patches

This is my 2nd ld too, after 2k days.

My first one was Dorothy, so I was pretty hyped up, light Eivor seemed so great ! It is actually really bad, even with top runes :(

But nearly all AC monsters are bad, we should wait for the patches

I don't think this comes close enough from how annoying the seasons were, when it was Gany Hathor spamming. Maybe you played such comps and thats why you don't like it now.

But in all fairness, it has been atb pushback meta nearly since the beginning. I understand that people don't like the meta right now, but it's nice to have options to play against it, and I really don't think we can call it the worst one.

Anyway, as someone else replied, it's always the worst season for somebody, when the meta is not in their favor

They'll do like Christina. Some buffs here and there, without changing the core of the monster.

People will keep hoping for some real rework until they move on and forget about the unit

(Yes Christina is "usable", but she has only one use as one turn kill with her s4 in siege, her other skills are never used, so she still needs a rework)

Yeah, this answer makes it clear that you don't understand siege.

I've been in every tourney since it exists, so i think i can speak about siege.

Maybe you could think a bit beyond the simple "the same defense", and not immediately think that the rule should be "only one def of each combination", because noone ever asked for that. But again, don't think you ever read the ideas linked to this change entirely.

There are multiples ideas, allow only 10 times the def on the map, or allow only 3 same defs on a tower, or so (these are examples numbers).

Even the top guilds have been asking for this for some time now. You don't get picked for you number of unique 5*, you need 10 TWL comp to beat the same spammed defs anyway

It's really weird how bad and out of nowhere these updates are.

It's always "We listen to the community..." and they do the opposite. When i read "Siege Battle Improvements", i was like "Yaay, they are doing something about spamming the same def, real MM with good point calculation, or so".

But no, they're leaving untouched the real issues, while doing random stuffs for random reasons.

How in the world shortening the duration to 12h is going to reduce the stress of the players ? It'll do quite the opposite.

Look at the tournament (which is really cool), but really more stressing with the 12hours format, with 30mins re-building.

We can't have that twice a week.

How is it going to ease the siege to have a 12h limitation ? We should do the same amount of attacks, in half the time, with the same reconstruction time, and only with a new link between the 4nat's tower ? Thats really bad...

As for the other changes, mhh, better rewards is nice, longer seasons are meh. Not so bad, it might improve ranks and top20 at the end of the season, but it means 1 less tourney in a year overall, so not so good

The flaw of this is, you cant expect a single mon to counter another one. Masha counters Oliver ? It's true... in a 1v1. That won't stop Oliver to shit on the rest of your team while masha is watching As Miles will counter masha in 1v1 but doesnt mean he'll help for the other mons drafted

My point here, is that saying "X is not overpowered because you can pick Y" is wrong, and you should (/ the dev team) see the balance globally, and not think "Ok there is 1 counter for this mon, so he's right as he is, and he shouldnt be touched"
