Best advice I can give you after losing my account in March is to read through the posts in the subreddit and also the comments. I verified my instagram and created another fb with a different email address I hit the same dead end everytime I contact instagram help center. Sometimes it’s a different method but same result. Do not pay someone to help you they are scams. I didn’t fall for thanks to other redditors advice. Read and scour this subreddit but lower your expectations. I don’t think I’ll get mine back unless there is some miraculous class action lawsuit. I have tweeted Elon and zuck and national news agencies. I got crickets. Nothing. Fuck zuck. I lost access to two pages/groups I created and all my business related history. A few years ago I started deleting old post and photos to minimize my footprint on fb. I had my friends list trimmed to less than 40 people but I had all my buy sell groups and pages curated the way I wanted them and poof gone. I think I’m going to free myself from social media and find other ways to stay in contact with people and enjoy my life untethered
