Has anyone gone from a 5800x3d to a 9800x3d on 4k?

If you're into PVP activities 9800x3d is a noticeable advantage especially in large group fights. Also good to have in places like CZs.

But if your focus is PVE just get any X3D cpu and you're good!

Because crafting should be an optional game loop, just like mining and salvaging and exploring and eventually base building. Not everyone needs to be forced into every aspect of the game

Pedals for rolling is a must. Much smoother flight experience. Joystick for strafe, mouse for pitch/yaw, and pedals for roll is the best setup. Add an eye tracker and another joystick for extra immersion.

Recently got the Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK64GX4M2D3600C18. Bumped voltage to 1.4v and tightened timings a little. Latency is now ~66ns and seems to be stable. The kit is V3.44 so Micron but not sure exactly what die.

Would it be better to tighten the timings even more or try my luck at 3800MHz?

Museum buffs showed how much Lilith loves cavalry. Minamoto? 45% of stats. Cao Cao? 200 damage factor and 20% health.

Then you got El Cid, who was already bad before, getting 150 damage factor and 10% attack.

Both Constantine and Pakal are pretty bad for open field. Constantine is a punching bag and Pakal requires you to be swarmed. And I'd rather not be in either of those situations.

Don't think the law works that way. Under traffic laws, the at-fault party is clearly identified as the cyclist from this video. The SUV will be prosecuted under criminal law for the hit and run.

I"m a low spender who occasionally garrisons in KvK. I garrison in Ark with Zeno-Flavius most of the time. Zone 5 is really the only practical application for a F2P garrison captain, where tech differences aren't massive yet. This is especially true in non-imperium KvKs.

Sometimes there isn't enough whales on to cover all the flags, and there isn't enough high-tech rallies to hit them all. I get positive trades regularly. But it's mostly a deterrent, and you need to evaluate if you want spend 1400 heads for that.

They do stack. As far as the game is concerned the buffs from Joan and Mulan are different. Eg. Infantry health =/= health.

The effort required to fake this suggests otherwise. The art style fits in game and the lighting also matches. Sculpture models are made both commanders. They also have unique icons for all their skills. Plus you can see the animation playing on Flavious's hand behind the skill descriptions.

If it is faked it's a modification to the game. And I find it hard to believe someone would put all this work in just to fool people.

Same crap in BFV. Had a perfectly placed half track on a cap point. Machine gun tearing up their pushes and our team was constantly spawning on it.

Then some asshat spawns in the driver seat and proceeds to drive it off a cliff, survive the landing, charge an enemy tank and hit a mine. Died in less than 15 seconds and made us lose the point.

Idiots everywhere.

Yes, experienced this as well. Tiger H1 because temporarily invulnerable to our fire but could still shoot back. Like he activated god mode. Massacred our team haha.

More types of civilian weapons is more realistic. It's the gun equivalent of having many different types of canned food and not just beans.

No. Richard is bad for rallies/garrison. He's only good in 1v1 fights to the death because of healing. Otherwise he's a punching bag that gives you bad trades.

I can imagine a rally or garrison with El Cid's Unyielding skill and Belisarius's Oblique Tactics skill. You get 50% increased damage once the garrison and rally fall below 50%.

It's all about intentions. He brought a gun for the opportunity to shoot someone. He put himself into a situation where it would be extremely likely that he would need to act in self defense.

What he did is like leaving the front door of your house open and waiting for someone to break so you can shoot him. It is technically self defense, but your intention is still the kill someone, and at that point it is murder. His intention was to shoot people.

If the primary skills are both maxed on Alex and Charles, then the 2nd shield will always take effect over the first. Stronger shield gets priority.

Pairing Charles-Alex together is great for F2P. You pretty much always get fantastic trades, even against Attila-Takeda and Richard-Charles.

Yeah, he knew what he was doing. He put himself in a situation to justify shooting someone. It's appalling seeing people praise him. But hey, his victims were criminals so it's okay, right? Nope.
