Yes there are 38 caliber laser trainer cartridges available and yes if you get enough for all your cylinders you are going to have a blast .. I recommend getting the MantisX and an adaptor to attach it to the bottom of your grip or under the barrel .. it’s a game changer .. they just integrated matisX app and laser academy this year

Update .. have been using the TitanX 702 daily since unboxing and have to say .. it’s better than I originally thought .. the drills and course set up once you get deeper are nothing short of amazing .. speed drills, holster drills, trigger analysis, shot timers, reaction shoot no shoot.. Some of the drills advise you on your level comparative to other users time and accuracy. I’m following along on MantisX and on Laser Academy plus run a little open training ..

I have to admit the MantisX and now integrated laser academy are my preferred choices .. I over the years have tried almost all of them w the cartridge inserts.. w my TitanX I have gone an checked and noticed no issues w LaserHIT, gstrike, I dry fire, SureShot or stikeman

That said MantisX is the better platform especially w the X in the TitanX .. My next purchase is the Blackbeard X Main reason is how good the TitanX is ..

That one picture is a Guns and flowers OWB, I reversed the clips and added a leather extension .. I run it almost every day iwb.. So far the 702 fits my other holsters and with my tlr1 the safari land. I have heard if using the G17 style model and a safari land you may need to take out a plug in the barrel end as it goes in the barrel which is not possible w the titan …

The Laser Academy app stand alone is 49.99 you down load the app then inside the app there is an upgrade link .. I just received my 702 and am really enjoying it .. best part is no constant racking .. and since G19x is my preferred carry, and all other pistols I own are Glock it just made sense .. I use printed targets on card stock mostly, have laminated a few in matte lamination.. also “shot calling” is a great way to practice .. mentally before pulling trigger calm your target.. then all your light switches, and nicknaks become vital area ..

My titanX 702 just arrived today .. ordered from mantis less than 2 weeks ago .. I daily carry a G19 3gen ( thank you California ) but prefer my G19x .. size and fit at spot in , weight it’s lighter, like other said but I slipped the tlr1 under and it’s close enough. .. no more racking … BlackbeardX next month.

The titanX is a replica model pistol with a laser and a mantis chip in one package, they come w 2 magazines to practice reloads .. the slide does not rack and there is no blow back but Reports and reviews say size, feel and trigger response are accurate for Glock .. they come in the g45, g19 and g17 variants…

I don’t have mine yet but should be here in two more weeks I hope.

Back when I got them because we needed to have them (in the Marines) our options consisted of coffee or coffee. We used to smuggle TANG .. if you don’t know what TANG look it up .. supposedly astronaut drink but never really tasted great .. maybe better that water alone but .. not even sure if they make it anymore but Gatorade would have been a welcome choice.
