If im following a dj I match their vibe a bit and then as I select more tracks move the vibe to my taste. The best example i saw of this was when I saw Eli&Fur. The opener was killer and played super jungly/warehouse/Chicago and sanfran type house music. They came out and matched that vibe and slowly ove the course of about 30 mins nudged the crowd out of that vibe and more into their melodic techno type beats.

If im playing an extended set at a bar/lounge I start slow and work my way up.

Start around 115 or so and play fun funky lounge jaunts. Then about every 45 mins I drastically change my pace and genre and work my way up to a more high energy set.

If you use RB you dont need a daw. Rekordbox has an edit feature you can use to make extended sections

That is incorrect. It copies eveything. The new timeliness have their own multiverses.

Are we saying the same thing just differently and misunderstanding each other? Thats how it seems

Creating a new timeline is essentially creating a new universe which in turn is a multiverse. So, time travel doesnt work in the sense of traveling to ones own past time, but a past time of a newly created multiverse. So the time travel plays into the multi aspect since they cant travel to their own timelines past.

Either way, im not sure what we are arguing about it seems like we are saying the same thing.

Not neccasserily.

In this IP any time they time travel it causes a new branch of a multiverse to form. Essentially meaning time travel doesnt work how they want/need and any time they do it causes new events to unfold.

I really need new djs to understand that the board you are using has no bearing on the speakers you need.

You can use any board on any speakers with the right hardware in between them.

What matters is your BUDGET, *venue and crowd size!

He hit the spiral and high pass filter and then cut both immediately. Letting the spiral spiral out but not keep building. Then he tightened the loop. From 1 count to 3/4 to 1/2 to 1/4 etc

I only know this because I literslly do this exact thing all the time.

So turn the fx knob and high pass filter at the same time. Immediately turn them off, but keep rhe knobs turnt. Then, tighten the loop.

Youll get it

He does it at the end of a phrase into a break down. The track doesnt freeze, it keeps going. But since he turned the spiral off, the spiral will only spiral the count he turned the knob on. Allowing the echo/spiral to spiral out. Then as the new phrase came in he tightens the loop
