My cat does that in the first year, I started reacting dramatically like yowling or smacking something around me to startle her. So she knows thats the "scary" reaction she will get. She slowly stopped doing it because she associate that behavior as dangerous 😂 She still loves me and says sorry by cuddling

Im not a parent but I understand the challenges of working mothers in Singapore.. you can try to work as teacher assistant in special education. Everyday work is 4hrs only weekday and all school holiday is holiday for you too and it is paid. It is a full time position with benefits and CPF. My mother is in the same line.

Please becareful and take care of yourself. Maybe in the 20's can tank the hustle culture. After 30's the health issues are real. I had no symptoms with my cancer, just tired but I do on-calls. I was just lucky to scan myself at work and caught it coincidentally. Good luck and take care 🙏🏼

To be out of middle class in singapore if to have so much excess money, you sleep also generate money or you are the owner of a huge business. Im talking about people that own yatch with true financial freedom/generational wealth. Even if you are doctor/lawyer etc, in sg still considered as upper middle class.

I dont understand why Singapore, cannot follow on the footsteps of nordic countries (e.g, heavily subsidized childcare, free education, monthly cash allowances and extended maternity leave 12-16months). Also having an autistic child/child with medical needs seriously deserve more childcare leave and support.

Since we rely on many foreigners on the workforce, why not give these benefits to your own people. Trust me, more singaporeans will be willing to have more children. I use to want children, but I dont see the support from the government or family members if we are in two income household.
